Bill (or 'Billy') is the human that is binary-bonded for Crash's body. A simple country boy Billy has the determination to get anything done with any perseverance needed. He acts as another voice for reason for Anthony and becomes a great military commander.

Anthony had very few friends before the Zapbots were created. One was his childhood friend Matt 'Rogish' and the other was his middle school friend Billy who were both friends with each other as well. When Anthony created the Zapbots he parted ways a bit from his humans friends due to responsibilities. When Anthony accidentally passed into another reality he discovered he was still good friends with Matt R. and Bill.
