The Morphites are a race of winged bi-pedal creatures on the nicked-named '[[Yellow Planet]]'. Slightly larger than the average human they live in cities constructed of organic vines mixed with ancient technology similar to the steam-punk era of Earth. Dorminate for many years behind the forest, when they started expanding beyond their area, they discovered the alien inhabitants of the Yellow Planet and began attempts to conquer them. Their efforts were almost successful until halted by the Zapbots, who drove them out of their homeworld.  
Upper never misses a shot, he makes sure of that. During the initial confrontation with the [[Junkicons]] he was badly damaged, losing his left hand. After that incident he spent several years, honing his skills to perfection. Now with his buddy [[Double]] the two of them are unstoppable when it comes to pinpoint accuracy. Even under the most distressing conditions, Upper can make the shot. His ability to overcome the odds and focus on the positive has garnered him the leadership of the other Targetmasters. This coupled with his specialty ability he has been able to collect pivotal bits of information during the great wars. In off hours he is quiet, shy choosing [[Dustbreaker]] to confide in, who seems to understand him best.
