Overcrowd is binary bonded to Jason. The Headmaster body provides the ability for him to interact with Zapbots at their size level. When merged his X-O Suit becomes the head of the robot, and his human senses are diverted to the sensors of the larger Zapbot body. Thus he feels and interacts as one as a Zapbot.
