Floater is an Zapbots Waterbots from the Generation 1 continuity family.

A professional comic, when he is not on the battlefield Floater is working the crowd at the local Gearatron pub or the Flats in Cleveland, Ohio on Earth. Does not take anything seriously which sometimes can be his detriment, in that he doesn't know when to stop. Beyond his light-hearted exterior though he is very determined to bring peace and joy to the universe through laughter.
