Satter is an Minicons from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Satter lives to destroy whatever he can. If it weren't for Low-Tone keeping him in check, he would probably destroy the Nonocon base. Completely AHAD (as the humans call it) he has difficulty keeping his attention on any one item. His ability to produce seismic waves can produce 200db which can cause local earthquakes, enough to destroy a small city.
